I noticed this is still a problem in 9.2.2 on Big Sur. From here, navigate into the Contents folder, then into the MacOS folder, and finally run PermissionDashBoard. You can also dive into the contents from inside Finder by right mouse clicking on the DashBoard.app and selecting "Show Package Contents". Open /Applications/DashBoard/DashBoard.app/Contents/MacOS/PermissionDashBoard You can use the Terminal to run applications or open files in the program of your choice. A default install location for DashBoard can be launched from the terminal with the following command: Your Macs Terminal app gives you a Linux command line inside the OS X environment.
